Bottom Line Bookkeeping + Business Services is based on thirty years of entrepreneurial and bookkeeping expertise.
Cheryl Roth owner of Bottom Line, attributes her bookkeeping and business management skills to successfully owning and operating three full service grocery stores. Fifteen years as a business owner and bookkeeper provided extensive knowledge in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, Trial Balance and Financial Statements. Year end discussions and continual guidance from the designated accountant has allowed Cheryl to be proficient with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the capability to meet government deadlines.
In addition to her extensive bookkeeping and management experience, Cheryl also has fifteen years’ experience as a controller in manufacturing and construction industries. As part of the management team, her bookkeeping role not only included accounting, but also financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting processes, fixed asset tracking and audit assistance. The receipt of accurate financial information in a timely manner resulted in shareholders making prudent decisions and increasing the bottom line by reacting to problem situations.
With thirty years experience in a financial environment, Cheryl has an enthusiasm for accurate financial information and to assist small business within Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and Hamilton.
In addition to bookkeeping Cheryl has a passion for our canine friends and volunteers for Lions Foundation of Canada - Dog Guides. Volunteering has expanded her awareness and learning by working closely with kennel staff, administering disease preventative drugs as prescribed by veterinarians and training assistance for vision, hearing, special skills, autism and seizure alert canines.
